CC3220SF: Missing service packs

Hi Team,

We received this inquiry from our customer,

I'm currently starting to work on a project with CC3220SF simplelink board. Im following the instructions on the website but cannot find servicepack for the board anywhere in the sdk.

Latest SDK is installed but the cc32xx_tools subfolder does not exist for me

no other "tools" folder exists. I have been unable to manually find servicepack in any other folder.

Can you please tell us where can we find the missing files?

    Hi Danilo,

    I want to confirm you do have the correct SDK installed. Should be this one -> Link under Software Development.

    I can confirm the files are found in the SDK.

    This is the default file path

    C:\ti\simplelink_cc32xx_sdk_6_10_00_05\tools\cc32xx_tools\servicepack-cc3x20

    Hi Danilo,

    You have wrong SDK installed. You have installed CC3200 SDK not a CC32xx SDK. Please install CC32xx SDK (6.10) from link at answer from Rogelio.
