CC3135: Treatment of NC pin_CC3135RNMRGKR

When a pin is labeled as NC it means "No Connect" (as mentioned in Table 7-3 on the Datasheet), since it is an unused pin. No need to connect it to any net in the layout, you may leave it open. Although it is recommended to solder the pad down for mechanical strength, and connecting it to a ground plane will help with thermal dissipation.

You can also reference as an example our schematic of the engine area for the CC3135 EVMs, in section "10.1.3 Typical Application". Where you can compare how the NC pins 26, is left unconnected to anything.
