Dear

Our team use WL1837MOD as AP, and 2.4GHz is setted.

I want to know that whether the parameter of channel is affective for 2.4GHz ？

In the case of 2.4GHz frequency band, communication channel

A. can automatically switch

B. can not automatically switch.

Please tell me your choice.
#I have no communication knowledge, and now I need to know the answer directly.

For ACS , you will need to set channel=0 and use TI hostap. In this mode, AP will automatically select a channel.

You may set specify channel number ex: channel=6 in case you don't want to use ACS feature

If ACS is setted, and after the channel is automatically switched, wether it will be happenned about the link of STA to AP down? if the link down is happenned, whether automatic re-link will be performed? and how about the delay time from STA unlink to re-link?

In ACS mode ,AP will set the channel one time when the AP comes up.

your mean is that the channel number will be fixed after the AP comes up? And in ACS mode, the channel number will be automatic setted only before the AP comes up?
