To whom it may concern,

My name is Greg Walczak. I am the Sr. Compliance/Application Engineer for Curbell Medical Products in Orchard Park New York. We are in the process of having FCC & SAR testing done on your Wi-Fi Bluetooth Module P/N: WL1807MOD for use within 20cm. We will be attaining new FCC ID & IC ID #’s in the process. During the process for FCC & SAR testing there are a couple of documents our testing facility has said that module manufacture (TI) needs to sign. I have attached them below for your review. This is our initial try with this process and would like to know if this is something that you can provide? The testing facility mentioned that this is common practice when requiring new FCC & ID #'s. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns or if you need any further information to be able to respond to my request.

Hey Greg,

Thanks for reaching out. By using TI's WL1807MOD (where mod means module), you can simplify the testing process by sending TI's certification reports to your test facility. Have you already done this?

Hi Sabeeh,

I don’t believe our testing facility needs the certification reports. It looks like the Module Certification Form is what they need. Is this the form we use for your approval for new testing done on your Module to attain new FCC/ID #”s? Is this correct? This is our first time so trying to understand to make sure we are proceeding correctly. Any help would be appreciated.
