In CC3220S how do I check the accuracy of fast clock (40MHz ) clock on pin number 22 and 23?

Can I check this without CW test ?

Is there any way to bring this clock to any of the gpios so we can check by frequency counter?

Hi,

No there is not such capability.

Recommanded way is to use CW mode with spectrum analyser like is described here.

Hi Georgian,

As Jan already mentioned the correct way is to go through the Frequency Tuning App Note, especially Section 4 " Measuring the ppm Error for the Fast Clock".
