Customer now getting error for debug using IAR with  XDS on launchpad

    Hi,

    You mentioned it worked before and now it doesn't, can you recall what changed?

    it could be a hardware issue like the jumpers on the LP. Can you attach a picture of the LP?

    SW wise, what does the device manager shows?

    Hi Shlomi,

    it is now working , there is some hardware issue on connectors. They can debug, but not able to create .sli with the same XDS (using LP XDS to operate custom target platform).

    Can you confirm , the same connection for debugging , can they use for .sli image creation as well using sys config tool?  I expect the answer is yes but was not sure what they should change to allow this.

    Hi,

    To my knowledge, sys config only works either using CCS or as a standalone but it is not integrated into IAR. see some documentation from the SDK installation directory (<SDK dir>/docs/simplelink_mcu_sdk/sysconfig_imagecreator.html).
