Hi,

For programming ServicePack you have options:

programming via UART and Uniflash software GUI
programming via UART and Uniflash software CLI (chapter 7)
programming via UART from own software via Embedded Programming
programming via UART or SPI from host MCU via command sl_FsProgram() see SWRU455 at chapter 8.12.1.2.2.
programming via UART or SPI from host using OTA code

Choice way which best suits for your purpose.
