CC3220SF-LAUNCHXL: Same program use different time period when use different example code framework

When I wrote a program use GPIO to generate a series of pulse, use I use example 'empty', the pulse width is about 300us. But when I copy the source file in example project 'Network_terminal', the pulse width change to about 1500us, about 5 times longer than before. I Want to know why? Thank you!
