ESP32 replacement with web server functionality

Hello TI.

I have a ESP32 MCU with web server functionality which serves couple simple web pages. But I want to switch from ESP32 to your MCUs. Please let me know which of your MCUs will be the best to achieve my goal.

I need a low cost solution with inernal or external radio MCU.

CC3235SF is an MCU solution (M4 + wifi MCU) that contains a web server solution,

Our next gen device (CC3301) is cheaper and supports wi-fi 6. It is a transceiver that requires an attached host MCU (our references currently is AM243x and the solution can work with TI latest low power connectivity MCUs such as CC1354).

Our SW package for CC3301 contains support for LWIP on FreeRTOS (HTTP server implementation can be used on top of the LWIP sockets).

AM243X+CC3301 is the reference design (in the existing SDK). The MCU+ contains 2MB of RAM.

CC1354+CC3301 is another solution we support. CC1354 has 256KB RAM + 1MB XiP flash. The LP contains an external SPI flash that can be used to host the HTML pages (it is already in use for storing the CC33xx firmware).

AM243X is to powerful for me. But I have a question about your second suggestion. Why join two wireless MCUs? Don't they both have 2.4 radio?

Both have BLE functionality but CC1354 enables also IEEE 802.15.4-based protocols and sub1G. The CC1354 solution is more optimized for low power use cases.

It contains M33 with TrustZone.
