CC3220SF: DNS error when connecting to AP with certain mobile phones

Hello

I am using a CC3220SF with a HTTP server based on the one in the Portable example, from SDK 5.20.
Connecting to AP and opening pages works ok with most laptops and mobile phones, however some mobile phones(Samsung A8, Motorola Onetouch) report a DNS error after trying to open webpage.
Iphones with IOS 16+ also report this error for the first minute but later can open the page normally.

I have not changed anything about the DNS service.

Please advise on how to mitigate this issue

First try to use at least the service pack (sp_3.22.0.1_2.7.0.0_2.2.0.7) from the latest 7.10 SDK.

And then please provide some logs: sniffer log and/or nwp log (see chapter 20 in https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/swru455).

Thank you for the reply. I am working with with a custom board, thats certified for 5.20 so using 7.10 will not be an option in production. Pin 62 is available and i will get you logs as soon as i am able
