In our formal SW package the reference platform is AM243.

The AM243 is a bit high-end (MCU+) but we can work (over SPI/SDIO) with most MCUs (especially those based on M4/M33) where the main requirement is for a large flash / RAM - at least 1MB of program for the required network and TLS stacks + application (if the application is very simple it can be a little bit less) + ~400KB of cc33xx firmware that can be located on an external serial flash.

Hi,

Please tell me if there is any microcontroller to connect wifi transceiver with 1Gbps data rate.

The cc33xx doesn't support 1Gbps.

TI is focused on IOT use-cases where the data rates are limited.
