This new release includes firmware, driver, wpa_supplicant and hostapd updates.

Please note that the driver patch is an incremental patch on the top of the previous 23 patches that are included as part of the previous release on kernel 4.19.38. The driver patch is only for the NLCP driver. It does not apply to the MCP driver.
As for the wpa_supplicant and hostapd, a new version v2.10 is integrated to pass WFA certification. For compatibility reasons, all legacy patches of the wpa_supplicant and hostapd were ported from v2.9 to v2.10.
The release includes both features and bug fixes:
- Upgrade wpa_supplicant and hostapd to v2.10.
- Add support for PMF/WPA3 in AP role.
- Driver fixes on top of kernel v4.19.38 to pass WFA certification failures (may not be required with later kernel versions).
- Fix connectivity latency issues that are followed by recovery.
- Fix a failure in adaptivity test (ETSI EN 301 893) while in AP role.
