Part Number: WL1837MOD
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: WL1837
Can you please confirm for WL1837 for Access point mode(not station mode ) ,how adaptivity test is perform for CE regulatory test?
Do you have any tool or document ?

Greetings,
For most regulatory tests we recommend to use RTTT from our https://www.ti.com/tool/WILINK-BT_WIFI-WIRELESS_TOOLS, you can also refer to CE Regulations for SRDs Operating in License-Free 2.4GHz/5GHz Bands-WiFi Devices (Rev. A) for some more information on CE regulations.
For adaptivity you would configure the WL1837 to be an AP and run the Adaptivity test. Refer to https://e2e.ti.com/support/wireless-connectivity/wi-fi-group/wifi/f/wi-fi-forum/631675/wl1835mod-configuring-for-adaptivity-test-wl1835mod-wi-fi-and-ble for some more information.
Information which you have share it for the Station mode.
1) For wi-fi adaptivity, RTTT is not used. It is done at the system level with the host. The way that test is done is that you connect (hard-wired) to an AP at a given channel and modulation. You then run iperf and send packets at a high rate to the AP. Then you add the interfere To the setup so that the wilink device/module is calibrated at the level required by the standard. Note that the interferer must be a 100% duty cycle signal. The new RED
standard requires that 3 interferer's be uses a LTE, AWN, and wideband signal.
Do you have step for Adaptivity test in Access point mode?
Hi Saurabh,
The Adaptivity mechanism within the WL8 device is independent of the mode. You may refer to https://e2e.ti.com/support/wireless-connectivity/wi-fi-group/wifi/f/wi-fi-forum/937785/wl18xx-certification-is-wl8-ap-mode-can-pass-adaptivity-testing-in-etsi-en-300-328-v2-2-x .
