I have a cc2564cQFN-EM and msp-exp430f5529LP board, how to do hardware connections to work with it(flash and connectivity).
please suggest a way for it.

Hi Chandra
You can wire the UART, NSHUTDOWN, PWR, and GND signals directly to the MCU board. Either by using jumper wires from the "RF1" and "RF2" connectors on the bottom of the board, or the "Debug Header" pins on top. I would recommend you refer to the documentation of the boards to verify where to connect the jumper wires, especially the schematics.
Below are the pinouts of the "RF" connectors, the connectors are used on the EM Adapter BoosterPack and referd as Left CCxxxxEM Connector (RF1) and "RightCCxxxxEM Connector" (RF2)
The EM Adapter BoosterPack Quick Start Guide (Lit # SWRU339) shows where the signals would be connected on the MCU pinouts.
Lastly you can refer to the table below for a reference on where to take the same signals on the debug Header, note VBAT is 3.3v power. Would still highly recommend you download the design files (from https://www.ti.com/tool/CC256XCQFN-EM#design-files ) then refer to the CC256XQFN EM schematic and EM Adapter BoosterPack schematic.
