Hi,

There is the following description in the UniFlash ImageCreater Basics in SimpleLink Academy for CC32xx.

Is it possible to use UniFlash for programming not only external serial flash but also on-chip flash ?

Hi Hideaki,

Internal on chip flash is not intended for programming by end user. Code into XIP flash is loaded by ROM bootlaoder from sFlash. From this reason is does not make sense to program XIP flash by Uniflash software although it is possible.
