    We have a guide for collecting FW logs. You can read the documentation here:

    Simply install Wireshark and Simplelink WIFI Toolbox, and then load the Logger tool from SimpleLink WIFI Toolbox, and connect a USB-UART transceiver to the LOGGER pin of the CC3301 device. The software handles the parsing and display. You can then save the wireshark session and upload the file here.
