Can you please check and advise the correct PCN for below changes in the part markings and X-Ray wire bonding changes between 15+ and 22+ date codes ?
If the assembly fabrication location change it will impact the changes in the DIE structure and marking differences ?

I've attached a zoomed X-ray image for your reference.
Two types of X-ray images (DC2229) was received. Could you please review and advise on the correct PCN for the observed changes in the wire bonding?
