Hello,
You can find this information on this app note: https://www.ti.com/lit/an/swra613b/swra613b.pdf?ts=1725470556433&ref_url=https%253A%252F%252Fwww.google.com%252F
It will depend on how many years you expect the device to last. There is nice table with all the informaiton in the app note.
Thanks,
AB
Hi AB,
No. That application note is for SPI flash (called sFlash). Koichiro is asking for data of internal XIP flash inside CC3235SF chip itself. More information may to provide WiFi App team, because I am not sure if I can share this information.
Jan
Hi AB, Jan,
Koichiro is asking for data of internal XIP flash inside CC3235SF chip itself
Yes. Jan is correct.
According to TRM(swru543a.pdf) Figure 21-10, the internal XIP flash is updated each time user firmware is updated on SPI flash.
My customer is asking how many times the XIP flash can be updated.
Thanks and regards,
