Hi,
It really depends on the rate in which the AP beacon are transmitted.
Usually, it could be either 1Mbps/2Mbps @11b rates or 6Mbps @11g/11n rates.
Hence, the CC3235 sensitivity level as appears on datasheet can be used as a reference.
In the case above, 1Mbps/2Mbps has ~-95dBm and 6Mbps has ~-90dBm.
Note that these numbers are sampled on the pin RF port and does not take into account any losses.

What is the default RSSI threshold value before change it?

2. Can I scan and get RSSI value from a already connected AP?

Hi,
The default RSSI for scanning is -95dBm so you do not filter out any APs.
If you scan, you should get RSSI from all APs, including the one you are connected to.
