Hello experts,

I have a question about debugging the CC3235MODASF WiFi module.
I am using a prototype board equipped with CC3235MODAS.
And I am using XDS110 USB Debug Probe as a debugger.

When I run debug in Code Composer Studio, I get "Error -1170".
I tried opening the .ccxml for the same project and running Test Connection,
but no errors occurred and the test completed successfully.

The SOP mode of CC3235MODASF is set to "010".
Are there any other steps or settings required to debug with CC3235MODASF?

Hi Egawa,

It is likely that module is at production mode. You need to switch module into development mode. Please see this.

I found that I needed to switch the module into development mode.
I will try switching it using the information in the link.

Hi Jan,

With JTAG and UART connected to the CC3235MODASF,
we wrote the development mode image using UniFlash.
As a result, the error was resolved and we were able to perform debugging.
