Hi TI team,

could you tell me if CC33xx supports any kind of automatic TX power control (TPC or similar) for WLAN, or is there any plans to implement that in the future?

    This is currently not a feature that is enabled, and we are working to see when we include it.

    Do you have some deadlines or additional information why you need this?

    Hi AB,

    thank you for your response.

    In our use case we may have several devices with CC33xx in rather small area, and we are worried that those might interfere with each other in case they all transmit with full power. But it's still unclear whether the automatic TX power control would be really needed or not and we don't currently have any strict deadline for this.

    It's anyways good to know that this feature is planned. Do you have any schedule when it might be implemented?

    We havent narrowed down the schedule, but we release new SW every Quarter.
