CC3301: M2-CC3301 PTA configuration issue

Tool/software:

3-wire PTA configuration using M2-CC3301as master, is not asserting grant (idle High and active low), while the BLE slave device is asserting request and priority.

int he INI file and default conf file changed the external soc as high(0x01) and disable coex as low(0X01),priority polarity-0x01,request polarity -0x01.Timings are default only T2 time set to 0x00

do i need to make any more changes in PTA configuration .

Note:M2-CC3301 evk connected to Am625 evk and PTA lines to taken externally (as in Shown NC for coex pins in pin configuration to external connector )to slave BLE

Hi Johnson,

Sorry for the delay. Setting Is_ExtSoC_Connected to 0x01 should be correct. Can you mention the BLE device's polarity for grant, priority, and request?

What do you mean by disable coex? Which parameter are you referring to?

Could you try setting T2 time to default 0x05 first to see if it's working for you?

t2 time is 0x05 default in ini file, it didn't work.

The grant polarity set is 0x01(active low),but pin idle condition is also low,grant pull value default 0xff, then tried to change the pull value to 0x01 to set the idle to high but no effect

What is the BLE slave device you are working with? Would you be able to provide logic analyzer capture?
