How to monitor omap Processor using iperf

Iam using Omap 350 processor, iam doing programming using Eclipse IDE with gcc complier and programming via Flyswatter debugger ,

Everthing working fine , now iam enter into iperf , i downloaded the iperf source code,try to use in omap , is thaa possible ,if possible how to do?
