CC3301: Change default MAC address

I saw the following statement:

If the customer wants to change the MAC address, we are building a feature in the fall release of our SDK where they will be able to burn in their own MAC address. This will be done via the cc33xx debug/SWD interface.

Is there any further information available how to do this now? Is this feature already released?

Hello,

Yes, you can use another MAC address and reassigning from user space.

Hi AB,

I've already seen this option, which uses the cc33xx-nvs.bin to override the MAC, but this must be done from Host. The documentation says:

Each CC33xx device comes with 2 universally administered MAC addresses burned-in.

And the answer from one of your TI colleagues, quoted in my question above, says that it will be possible to burn in own addresses via SWD interface?
