TPS62825: Number of samples and lots tested to determine MSL level

We believe that Ti has been subjected to moisture absorption treatment in accordance with J-STD-020, and that it has been reflowed three times using that reflow profile.

Please tell us the number of samples and lots used at that time.

The documents I downloaded from the Ti website did not have any information on quantities.

Hi Takahiro,

The sample size (SS)/ lot shows the number of units per lot used. The min lot qty shows the number of lots used for each test.

For the MSL, the min lot qty is 3 and the SS/lot is 12.
