CC3220SF: OTA success but binary not updated

Tool/software:

I was doing OTA for CC3220sf device.
The OTA completes but the binary is not updated and the old binary keeps running. Cannot find any solution for this issue.

    right?

    If so, I suggest we keep the other one and close this one.
