CC3135: Does CC3135 support DICE(Device Identifier Composition Engine)?

My customer is using CC3135 and would like to confirm if it supports DICE. In below document, the title says DICE is only for CC323xS/SF devices, but later in the paragraph it mentions CC313x. 

Which statement is correct? Does CC3135 actually support DICE?
