CC3235MODASF: RSSI has low level if SOP1 is high.

Part Number: CC3235MODASF

Tool/software:

Hello.

I develop our product implemented CC3235MODASF.

SOP is controlleld from host MCU.

SOP setting is the below at reset negate.

SOP0 = Low, SOP1 = High, SOP2 = Low

If RF test is executed by these SOP setting,  RSSI is low about 15dB.

Does continuing to enter high in SOP1 affect RSSI?

Best Regards,

Okazaki

  • Hi Okazaki,

    I am not aware of any relation whatsoever between RSSI and SOP. SOP is used to put the device into different modes like flash, application run, JTAG, etc. What RSSI value are you seeing as you test? Could you provide me the settings your testing at(rate, channel, power, etc.) ?
