Hello all,

with reference to CC3220SF: WPA2 with CCMP only in AP mode I would like to aks wheter the CC3235 enables CCMP only (no TKIP) in AP mode?

Does anyone know about this?

Hi,

No, the answer is still valid and CC32xx devices do not support CCMP only for AP mode.

It is set to mixed mode where TKIP+WPA is used for the group key.

We would also like this feature. When iPhones connect to cc3220 in Access Point mode, Apple shows a warning in Wi-Fi settings saying "TKIP is not secure" which concerns our users.

I understand this feature is required but currently it is not supported.

We can log this request for next release but I don't have dates that I can share.
