Hello.

I'd like to use CC3351 WiFi ICs for a beamforming system.

In order to realize the the beamforming function, CW output and phase control for each anttena are needed.

However, there are no SPI command list in the datasheet.

I'd like to check the command list to find fucntions desrcived above.

The CC3351 is a 1x1 device. Beamforming is not possible.

I misunderstood that the IC has a 2-antenna system because it applies 2x2 MIMO...

The cc3351 can be in a two antenna design, but that is for antenna diversity only. There is only one tx/rx chain, and only one antenna active at a time.

For what its worth, even if the radio was 2x2 and supported beamforming, you still would not be able to control it like you mentioned from the host. That level of control happens in radio firmware on radios that support it. Typically you can enable/disable beamforming, but that's it.
