I am using AM3517 SOM-M2 ,it can realize bluetooth function,but i find friends in the forums are talking wl1271....,so i do not know whether it is what i want ,because AM3517 SOM-M2 has LBEH19XMMC,i think its function is similiar to WL1271,in the document of AM35x SOM-M2 Hardware Specification,I find "bluetooth:Firmware Version:7.2.31 Initialization script TI_P31.91" are needed,I think these are what i need,but i do not know how can get them and what to do with them to make bluetooth work.I want to know if someone did that before ,could you help me ,many thanks

Yes, the AM3517 SOM-M2/LBEMH19xMMC is based on WL1271 device.

Please contact Logic PD for the SW Support.

I am using AM3517 SOM-M2,no wl12xx module,only AM3517 SOM-M2,i want to make bluetooth work. Do i have to do according to the document in" OMAP35x Wireless Connectivity Getting Started Guide",or are there any other ways?

Is "V3.00.01.06-WL6.1.6.0.3-Linux-x86-Install" only for omap3530? I do not know whether someone make bluetooth work on AM3517 SOM-M2,could you give me some advice,many thanks

Hi,

The AM3517-SOM-M2 is a 3rd Party offering from Logic PD.

The OMAP3530 Drivers won't run directly on this SOM. I expect some porting to be required.

Please contact Logic PD for support using the Wiki referenced above as we don't offer WiFi or BT support for AM3517-SOM-M2.
