CC3120: How to extract session key from TI chip is it possible?

Hi,

We are using the TICC3120 as a Wi-Fi chip with a host processor in our product. While debugging, we sometimes need to decrypt Wireshark logs; however, without the TLS session key, this isn’t possible. Is there any command or method to retrieve the TLS session key directly from the TICC3120?

Hi Abhishek,

There is not such a feature inside CC31200. But if your MCU have enough reources, you can use external TLS stack at your MCU and all will be up to your code. Other way will be use "middleman" server decode TLS communication at them.
