CC3551E: Can CC3551E operate AP mode on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz simultaneously?

Hello TI Experts,

I am working with the CC3551E device. From the datasheet, I see that it supports dual-band Wi-Fi 6 (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, single-stream 20 MHz channels) and can operate in roles such as STA, softAP (up to 4 stations), Wi-Fi Direct, and multi-role (AP + STA).

My question is:
Is it possible for the CC3551E to advertise AP on 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz at the same time (concurrent dual-band AP), or does the device only support one band at a time since it is a single-stream radio?

I want to confirm this behavior with an official response/documentation reference.

    Hi Vignesh,

    No, our device does not do dual AP mode.

    You can add logic to the application layer t move from channel to channel, but ultimately you will be in a single channel at a time.
