I am debugging a Rev2 product board using the CC3230SF MCU. The device can successfully enter Access Point (AP) mode — there are no errors shown on the console, and the driver initializes correctly.
However, after startup, the SSID does not broadcast. It does not appear in the available Wi-Fi networks on my laptop or phone. I also tried connecting manually using the SSID as a hidden network, but the connection fails.
The driver seems fine, and the MCU starts AP mode successfully, but no SSID is visible.
If I press the reset button on our product, the AP starts broadcasting normally after reboot — the SSID immediately appears on both my computer and phone, and connection works as expected.
I have tested this issue on second Rev2 boards and a third Rev2 board, and the behavior is consistent across all of them. The SSID only appears after a reset.
