CC3300: What's the error message of “SDIO read failed(-110)“?

Hi TI expert,

 My customer is working on an issue of Wlan0 stuck during power up, and we find an error message of “SDIO read failed(-110)“ from CPU driver log. What does this mean?

 Could it be problem of SDIO timing issue or boot up initial failure?
