CC3551E: The LP-EM-CC35X1 Rev E3 cannot connect when using SimpleLink Wi-Fi Toolbox version 4.1.11

Hi Admin,

My setup is as follows:

Hardware: LP-EM-CC35X1 Rev E3 and LP-XDS110ET Rev B
SimpleLink Wi-Fi Toolbox: Version 4.1.11

My board works perfectly with Toolbox version 3.1.12. At the moment, I am using Toolbox 4.1.11 to connect, the board is already running my demo firmware. However, when I use version 4.1.11, I encounter the connection error shown below.

and when I use 3.1.12 version

Please help me check how I can fix this problem.

Hi, can you show me a screenshot of the entire Radio Tool Screen. I need confirmation that you are using version 4.1.11 of Radio Tool.

Hi Bach,

Rev E3 is not supported on 4.x.x toolboxes. Please continue to use 3.1.12 toolbox, or upgrade to a Rev A device to use the 4.x.x toolboxes.
