Unable to find the sensor on the network

I have the SimpleLInk device connected to the supplied
AP.  My laptop is also connected to the same AP.  I log onto the AP
and see iPv4 address for both.  However when I open the CC3000 Sensor APP
it is unable to find the sensor on the network.  Any suggestions?

    Which installer version did you use to install the software?

    Does the sensor appear at all and just disappear?

    What IP address is shown in the center of the GUI, next to the center planet?

    When you say that you log onto the AP, do you mean connect to it or did you go to the AP's configuration page and looked at the client list?
