DM8163 WL1273 support

Bob,

We don't have a Platform or Linux Drivers available for th DM816x class of processors.

However, we do support WiFi/BTI for DM3730 EVM Hardware and DVSDK Software Release.

The DM3730, like the DM816x, is a Cortex-A8 processor so you might be able to use this platform as a reference (more details can be found on the Connectivity Wiki):
