WL1271 AP and ad hoc in WinCE

Hi All,

I have integrated WL1271 WinCE6 device driver (WL6.1.4.1) with EVM_OMAP3530 BSP. The EVM can scan devices and connect to AP with no problems. I can also configure EVM using ad hoc with static IP address and my PC can detect it, connect to it, and ping it.(My PC connects to Linksys WiFi-Finder device). Now I'm wondering if possible to configure WL1271 as AP(Access Point) and how to do it.

Hi James,

There is no SoftAP mode for your driver.

Hi James,

we do have WL1271 Linux driver that supports AP. The driver is based on open source driver and we do have SDK for 3 platforms that are based on AM18x, AM37x and AM335x and WL1271 chipset.
