About "AM335xSDK05_04_01_00"

Hello,

I'm using the SDK of "AM335xSDK 05_04_01_00".

It is an error to build a "wl12xx driver/compat wireless(R4SP2.04+Patches)" of "OMAP Wireless Connectivity OpenSource WLAN release R4SP2 Engineering Drop".
Is there the patch for "AM335xSDK05_04_01_00"?

"compat wireless" of "OMAP Wireless Connectivity OpenSource am335x-evm R5 00 10 WLAN build" can successfully build.
Is it OK to use it has been described as "That release is engineering non formal release, for verification purpose only" ?

Hi,

please see the WLAN build script in http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/OMAP_Wireless_Connectivity_mac80211_WLAN_build_scripts

that will build the R4SP2 WLAN driver including all the WLAN components, as for R5.00.10, you may use it for verification, however the formal R5 release (R5.00.18) will be released as part of SDK5.05 by end of June, and in addition we will put the build script in the same WiKi page mentioned above
