BT, BLE and WLAN in one device.

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: WL1271

Hi there.

I am currently evaluating different wireless possibilities for a future communication module that will be embedded onto my company's devices. The desired protocols are BT Classic, BLE and WLAN. Perhaps the best solution is to get a custom module designed for us. But first I want to know if you guys think it's possible to use two different existing modules together to achieve all three of the wanted capabilities.

Possible combinations of existing TI/Panasonic products that come to mind:

1. PAN1326 (BT+BLE) and CC3000-TypeVK (WLAN) (module by Murata)
2. PAN1325 (BT) and WL1271-TypeTN (BLE+WLAN) (module by Murata)

This is all very new to me so any help is greatly appreciated. Our devices use MSP430.

Best regards,
Bjarni
