ZeroConf without DHCP and DNS

I am evaluating CC3000 for a headless device application. I am interested in the ZeroConf feature that it supports. I can find the mDNS API that supports the service discovery, but I also understand ZeroConf works without DHCP and DNS. I could not the API that I need in the Host Driver Programming Guide.

hi Panayot,

After much evaluation on CC3000, we decided to pursue the Qualcomm QCA4002 instead, primarily it has better ecosystem for inter-operability, so that your products do not work in silo. Really depends on your product needs.
