CC3000 Basic WiFi Application file load error

I am able to build the Basic WiFi Application in CCSv5 for MSP-EXP430FR5739 Experimenter's Board. But when I try to debug it I get file load error below.

"MSP430: File Loader: Data verification failed at address 0x00000004 Please verify target memory and memory map.
MSP430: GEL: File: C:\ti\CC3000BasicWiFiApplication\Basic WiFi App MSP430 Source\Basic WiFi Application CCS\BasicWiFi Application\Debug\BasicWiFi Application.out: a data verification error occurred, file load failed."

I have installed the lasted firmware with Patch Programmer V1.10.1

I can install the pre-built binary that is provided with the Basic WiFi App download and it seems to work.
