Bluetooth is not able to scan and vice versa

Hi all,

We are using wl1271 module from murata with freescale imx6 processor.

We have ported android JB 4.2.2 on our custom board.

we are able to make bluetooth up from the gui, but we are not able to scan any devices through board bluetooth and vice versa.

What can be the problem if bluetooth is not able to run scan functionality?
