I downloaded "SmartConfigJavaApplet-1_1-windows-installer" and "CC3xxxHomeAutomation_AndroidApp-1_11-windows-installer" from http://www.ti.com/tool/cc3000-sw and can't open the file.  When I double-clicked them, a pop-up window asked me to choose a program to run these files,  please advise.
