WL18xx, 40MHz MIMO vs SISO?

We've been running some tests using calibrator and had the following finding.

2.4G 20MHz bandwidth TX b/g/n20 antenna 1 and 2 emission (MIMO)
40MHz bandwidth TX n40 antenna 2 emission only (SISO)

5G 20MHz bandwidth TX antenna 1 emission only (SISO)

For radio, 2.4GHz 20MHz bandwidth operation, both antennas have emissioin. (It is normal since MIMO operation).
However, for 2.4GHz 40MHz and 5G 20MHz radio that used antenna 2 and 1 respectively.

Could someone from TI please confirm this is normal in operation?

Please also comment if TX-power of 16.125 is ok to use or should be adjusted.

Thanks David
