It always got the same IP via smart config, even it configs with the different AP

Hi, 

I meet one problem, cc3000 can't get IP address from another AP.

I list the steps what I did:

1. smart config with wifi AP(gateway IP address: 10.0.5.248), it can get IP adress. (10.0.5.90)

2. delete policy and restart it.

3. smart config with hotspot of phone(gateway IP address: 196.168.1.5), it get the same IP address(10.0.5.90).

It seems that the policy can't be delete. 

Whether anyone got the similar problem before?
