Developing application with bluetooth on sitara

I used the following link

And used the prebuilt images to run the WL18xx cape with BBB. It does work well with the samples provide in

for bluetooth and I'm also able to get the wifi going. My question is, how can I develop an application to use bluetooth as i'm unable to find libraries and headers for it?

I will check it internal about the availability of the code and get back to you on this.

In mean while, We already have Bluetopia code available for SDK6, where you can develop your own applications and test.

Once the Bluetopia release for SDK7 is available, you can port you application to it.

Any further info on this? Where is the updated stack and what is the best approach to develop applications with the SS1 stack?

Hi,

I did not get you.

Have you downloaded and installed the SSO stack(addon). If so you will see the README.pdf in the installed folder which should help in starting with.

and there is a documentation folder as part of the SDK. which provides the explanation of the API's

Hi,

I tried running a small little program linking it with the includes and libraries from SS1. When I try to build it I get "skipping incompatible ../../lib/client/libSS1BTPM.a when searching for -lSS1BTPM". Any advice on this? I tried using gcc as well as arm-linux-gnueabi-gcc to compile.

UPDATE: I see what I did wrong. I'm able to compile and run my application. Thanks for your help.
