What's mean characters of the serial number after CC3200 of WiFi modules

have you tried section 7.1.2 of the datasheet? It tells you what those characters mean. Only exception are for those with "MOD" in the part number. I cannot tell you much as they have not been released yet.

Do you know how can I understand on my demo board, which of these chips is soldered on it? For my application I use CC3200-LAUNCHXL with:

-model: CC3200-LAUNCHXL

-FCC ID: Z64-CC3200KITA

-IC ID: 451I-CC3200KITA

On the chip, which is soldered on the board there is a mark. The mark is: XCC3200HZ.

The CC3200 launchpads released so far feature 256kB of RAM, with no flash. The part number would be either CC3200R1M2RGC or CC3200R1M2RGCR (depending on the number of parts in the reel). The marking on the chip itself represents the silicon revision:

XCC3200GZ [PG 1.21]

XCC3200HZ [PG 1.32]

XCC3200JZ  [PG 1.33]

XCC3200JR  [PG 1.33]

The prefix X means it is a pre-release device. It will eventually be dropped.
