Hi,

Will this be able to do duplex audio for a streaming conversation?

The app note says 'bi-directional' http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/CC32xx_Wifi_Audio_Application.

I don't see that the boosterpack is evailable yet. Now I do have a TLV320AIC3254 EVM-K development kit, and I was wondering if I could just hook that to the CC3200 launchpad with a few jumper wires.

I can try to figure this out, but I'm hoping someone with prior experience could give a short how-to.

Yes, for walky-talky kind of use-case, you will need two setup who are talking to each other.

Thanks for the response. Use case is duplex conversation between a host processor AM335X (with wifi module not CC3200) and a remote node with a CC3200.

I noticed that this booster pack is now for sale. However, when I go to checkout, I get an error "Item no longer available. Please remove." despite it saying the product is in stock. Any idea what my be wrong? I've attached a screenshot of the error:

I received mine yesterday and I can report a successful test. I did have little trouble at first as the application doesn't seem to provide UART messages. However, after resetting my launchpads to original conditions (format, service pack, out-of-box flash), using SmartConfig to add networks during OOB testing, then finally flashing the Wifi Audio App binary to both launchpads, and performing a simultaneous start, I could stream some Eagles from a phone into Line-In jack on one of the boards, and out to headphones on the other board. While letting it play there has been a few dropped packets, but no lost link.

I hope to be able to start some development on them this week.
